A very important person in Jake’s life told him that Wooden quote before he came to Ohio State, and he thinks he’s done a pretty darn good job at it. A huge reason he was able to be quick without hurrying was 8th Floor Improv, which Jake was a part of since the winter of his freshman year. They are some of the best people he knows.

He enjoys watching all of the sports (but especially basketball), listening to music, and reading lots of things. His favorite place to be is in the first row of a movie theatre right before the picture starts.

Eddie joined 8th Floor Improv in the fall of 2009 but started his life in the fall of 1990 in Atlanta GA. He graduated in spring of 2013 with a degree in History. Anna Grushetsky was an Anthropological Sciences major. When Anna is not sorting bones and reading about monkeys (for school), she enjoys dinghy sailing, cooking, playing music with her friends, and the occasional round of golf.

Few people know that Anna is a veteran of the theater.  She has graced the stage as "background cowboy" in St. Gregory the Great Elementary's "Lil Abner."  She also played "unnamed trombone player" in the next year's "Guys and Dolls;" but when Anna made her named-role debut as 46-year-old Walter Delacroix in her all-girls high school production of Dead Man Walking, Anna knew that she was meant for the stage.

Drew Tarvin is an improviser, author, speaker, and corporate humorist hailing from the great state of Ohio. He started performing improvisation in 2004 when he co-founded The 8th Floor Improv Comedy Group at The Ohio State University, where he earned his degree in Computer Science & Engineering.

Drew moved to New York City in 2008 where he has studied at The Magnet and UCB with incredible teachers such as Armando Diaz, Tara Copeland, Billy Merritt, Neil Casey, Zach Woods and many, many more.

In addition to performing with House Teams Mint Condition and Grappler (The Magnet Theater), Drew is the Head Coach/player of ComedySportz New York, and President of Humor That Works--an organization dedicated to teaching applied improvisation and how to use humor in the workplace. He is obsessed with Chick Fil A, loves the color orange and will use any chance he can to make pun of something.

Mackenzie is a third year psychology major and has been in the group since spring of her sophomore year. 8th Floor has been the best part of her experience here at OSU and she is so humbled to be a part of such an amazing group. Improving is the hardest thing she's ever done but by far the most fun!

Outside of improvising, Mackenzie plays soccer for the OSU women's club soccer team and loves to sing. In the future she hopes to go to grad school for psychology and continue performing wherever she ends up!

Will got into 8th Floor Improv as a freshman and didn't manage to escape until the end of his senior year. While at OSU, he studied Public Affairs and Computer Science but only recommends the first one.
